Welcome to the royal shopping establishment!
The Skein Queen has been busy in her royal workshop in deepest Berkshire producing magnificent hand dyed yarns for your perusal. She aims to create resplendent, luxurious yarns for knitting or crochet projects or just to add to your stash and admire until you get around to using it!

New hand-dyed yarn is added to the shop every week or fortnight. There are standard yarn bases in a variety of weights ranging from cashmere and silk to angora and merino and occasional guest yarns. Each of my colourways are dyed in singles or pairs - some are exclusive one-offs and some are dyed in larger batches but are limited in number. You can usually find a preview of which yarns will appear in the update on my blog on the day before the update.
The shop is open after the summer holidays with plans for irregular shop updates while I prepare a large wholesale order - join my mailing list or watch my blog to find out when.
