Our top priority is not only creating and sourcing exquisite yarn for you, but also to wrap it beautifully and send it off to reach you at the soonest opportunity.
We post 4 days a week - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday - and aim to send yarn in stock out within within 48 hours. Overseas orders take an extra 24 hours to send. Please note: orders placed after midday on Fridays will usually be posted out on the following Monday.- Postage is based on weight.
- UK parcels are posted using Royal Mail 48 and take around 2 working days. Tracking included.
- UK large letters are posted using Royal Mail 24 and take around 1-2 working days with no tracking.
- Packages to Europe are posted by airmail and take around 3-4 working days
- Packages outside Europe are posted by airmail and take around 5-7 working days
- International tracking is available as an option at checkout and is included as standard on larger orders.
- For overseas purchases, please note that you are responsible for any customs due on any packets.
- Maximum parcel size is 2kg, if you wish to order more please split the order.

*sending to Italy, Canada and South Africa - it is strongly advised that you add International Tracking for parcels being sent to these countries as we have experienced delays without it. If you decide not to add tracking, you are taking responsibility for any losses. I'm sorry but we don't post to South America due to postage costs.
If you place more than one order and your first order hasn't yet been dispatched, we will combine postage for you to ensure you get the best price for shipping unless the combined weight is over 2kg or you are based in the EU as I cannot combine IOSS orders
